Wednesday 10th June

Today was quite a busy day.. we had a lot of knocks on the door in the morning (post, electric meter man, more post) and Ryan slept between about 10 and 1130. Mummy has to go out at 1230 on Wednesday afternoons so she wanted to make sure Ryan had slept beforehand. One of the parcels was a food parcel from nana fran, of bread mix and flour, and cooking chocolate - lots of things for mummy and Ryan to cook cakes with.

In the afternoon mummy took Ryan to SureStart and he stayed in the creche while she did her course. He didn't want mummy to leave to start with, but soon felt happier and played in the sand for the majority of the time. Mummy and the other girls were playing with kids stuff and they made some playdoh which mummy bought home for Ryan to play with. We played with that for a little bit (Ryan said the yellow one was like 'snail') and then went to soft play between 4 and half 5. Long play session :) Ryan liked mummy to chase him, but also made friends with a little boy who was 11 months and just learning to walk.. he chased him and let the little boy catch up, and they played with blocks and balls and raced on the plastic motorbikes. Ryan was also a very good boy when he wanted some juice from the shop - he took the 'moneys' to the lady and put it on the counter and waited while mummy sorted him out some juice.

Ryan was very tired from all the running about!
